They continue to direct and send people to other Wen medical labs because they often are short staffed, unprepared or equipped to support any type of patient interaction from bloodwork to vaccines. It’s frustrating. What makes it more exhausting is that often times going to the Dana Park office is just as discouraging as they rarely have staff on hand competent and available to complete the most routine items of care. Conceptually we love the idea. Delivery of care is just terrible for routine PCP work
The PCP Nicole Meneffee here has been excellent for my many health needs. She’s always up to date on my conditions and best practices, takes lots of time to hear my concerns, and follows up way faster than any other provider I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this practice and especially this PCP.
I had a virtual appointment with Elena Berry, NP, and she was fantastic- she took the time to listen, asked good questions, and was extremely kind, understanding, and professional. I was able to get an appointment the same afternoon instead of waiting months to get an appointment. This was a great experience.
Well, you guys asked for a review so you’re getting one. The DO I saw because my PCP at another one medical location was out was not good or trauma informed and I have no idea what next steps are based on the new type of testing she did. I asked for some accommodations which she couldn’t handle and asked inappropriate questions when I explained why I had not a seen a specialist in a certain area due to being assaulted during a routine check.
