Great experience with provider. It was a virtual visit and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Called in the morning and immediately was connected. Provider was friendly and knowledgeable. Had to get labs and was able to do it same day. Went to the Tempe location. Office is brand new, really nice place. I was literally in and out in 10 minutes. Took me longer to park. Would leave zero stars if I could. From the get-go it was apparent that this practice was going to be underwhelming. If you’re going to run a practice, please disclose what services you will and won’t provide BEFORE the visit. Scheduled appointment for rx refill that I’ve been on for 15 years. 3 minutes into appt was told they can’t refill, insisted on vitals so they could bill for appt. Zero services was provided.
