I finally left One Medical. Just to talk to my doctor or schedule a visit, you have to pay for an app or be signed up for Amazon Prime. To have to pay to interact with your doctor is bad enough. To have Amazon involved in your medical life is just creepy. One's health shouldn't be a subscription service. When I asked for a copy of my records, the header on my print out had "AMAZON" printed across the top of each page. They say your info is private, but it sure doesn't feel that way.
