Aleida is a wonderful practitioner — smart, human, kind. She accurately understood my health concern and competently cared for me. She is a huge asset to One Medical. Dr. Michael Rie, my Primary Care Provider for over a decade, is also consistently excellent. He goes above and beyond, and I trust him greatly!
The providers seem nice but the system is absolute garbage. It took over two weeks (and multiple messages and calls) to send a non-urgent referral for physical therapy. Now I have an urgent referral that needs to be sent. Dr Miller does not respond to messages and anytime I call or message the "care team," it's some random person in a call center! What kind of a doctor's office doesn't have a direct phone number? I know they have phones, I've seen the staff using them. Short of physically stopping by the office or paying yet... read more
I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this medical facility and my PCP here. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calm, inviting, thoughtfully designed, modern without being cold, and warm without being cluttered.
