I loved this doctors office when I was a patient and it was still South Austin Medical Center. Now that they are Amazon, in order to reach the office I have to go through a 1-888 number phone tree. I have been trying to access my medical records for more 2 weeks. The person at the call center tells me it's only possible to submit a request online, which I have done multiple times, and will not connect me to anyone at the office and there is nothing more they can do to escalate. I am never going back to old school style primary care. This is the best PCP experience I've had & the environment is so inviting, not cold & clinical. I am hopeful Amazon makes locations closer to me in the future, but for now this is worth a trip! I am very relieved to be in their care. Olivia was amazing, kind, knowledgeable, attentive, & understanding. I am so impressed with this place!
