The problem with One Medical is that it takes them 3-5 days to process an imaging order. It’s been 72 hours since the PA says she ordered the MRI but my PPO says they haven’t received it. Apparently the “One Medical team” needs front end time to “package” the request and then you wait for insurance approval. Three full days and PPO still hasn’t received it.
Always exceptional service from first-rate, well-trained, experienced physicians. Conveniently located, professional staff, on-site testing. Dr. Michael Rie, my physician, is exceptional: caring, knowledgeable and dedicated. I’m very fortunate to have found him—by chance—when I first moved to Austin ten years ago. Needed to establish a PCP in Austin and so glad I chose OneMedical. Alesia was wonderful and attentive. The lab area was also amazing. Not like your typical doctors office where you sit for an hour. Awesome staff that care :)
Better care than any actual clinic has ever given me. Leaps and bounds better than ARC. Aleida is professional and friendly and I’ve always been seen minutes after arrival, appointments are efficient, and the lab being in the same building means I actually get my blood work done. Amazon delivers better care than the medical industrial complex.
