Awful "concierge" service. Can't get through anybody easily, harder than regular doctor's office. So many headaches, also charging me incorrectly after I have confirmed my insurance of what they should be charging. One Medical cannot give me referrals ( Insurance referrals ) conveniently and easily. It's totally more time and money compared to a regular office.
I love my PCP, because she takes the customer needs and experience to a peerless level of excellence. It’s great to have such a terrific doctor in my corner!
