Very well organised, no waiting, great service and Dr Moccio was excellent.
I’ve been a patient of One Medical since 2018. It started out great, but the quality of care here has declined significantly (healthcare quality has declined everywhere, but this place is especially poor.) You will be your own advocate, your own researcher, your own care manager, One Medical will just provide the app and platform. When you raise a question about a chronic issue, with no answers, and when you feel at a loss, they will recommend a BOOK for you to read and tell you to make another appointment. I kid you not.
