Avoid! As you may know, One Medical charges a substantial annual membership fee and advertises the convenience of same-day appointments on their website. Today I went into their Mission Street office because of a pain in my ear. I was told that they have zero availability today and admitted that their advertising of same-day service is misleading. I cancelled my membership and went to the Sutter down the street which was able to see me within 3 hours. Don’t get ripped off by these guys!
The doctor didn’t fax over the script. Melene the associate there did her level best to try to communicate with the referring doc & my primary doc to get it resolved. Very patient & understanding
