I'd like to share some feedback about a policy that created an unnecessary trip for me today. I came in with a completed stool collection kit outside of lab hours. The front desk was not able to accept it, so I had to take the sample home with me. It will now sit at my house overnight, unprocessed, and I'll bring the exact same sample back tomorrow morning when the lab reopens. The policy doesn't seem to accomplish anything. Nice satellite clinic. Relatively new. Only issue is parking as only street parking is available.
Very professional staff from the front desk to the doctor's room. Never felt more comfortable in a clinic like i did here. Best healthcare provider i have experienced in my life so far. Keep up the great work. Katie and her team are rockstars.
