One Medical is awesome! Taylor Baggs, PA is my PCP and I can schedule an appointment online or with the app on my phone very quickly, either virtually or in person. If I need an urgent care appointment, I can schedule that on the app too, virtually or in person. The One Medical facilities are located throughout the valley and offer labs that are fast and easy. OneMed has got to be the most patient centered and convenient primary care office I have ever used. On their application, you can request refills, in person appointments, zoom appointments and even urgent appointments. There is also a lot of information on what to do for which illness or injury. Have a billing problem? Gone are the days of phone tag or on hold forever. Message the billing department directly. New patient at One Medical in Queen Creek, I was impressed at the thoughtfulness that went into to setting up the clinic to facilitate the patient’s experience—Small things like providing a counter where I could sit comfortably to fill out the paperwork needed instead of having to balance a clipboard on my lap, the built in container for specimens, the convenient location of the lab, the sign-in counter that provided good access even for wheelchair patients—all elements designed with comfort and convenience in mind.
