I joined 5 years ago. Since that time I have had one televisit with an actual doctor whom I've never met in person. She left shortly thereafter and since that time, there has never been another doctor at this location. So frustrating if you need to actually contact a human on the phone and messages conveyed back through the portal seemed canned. I switched to another location with an actual doctor on site and so glad I did.

I really like using One Medical Senior for my primary care. The office is friendly, very accessible, and easy to communicate with. There are multiple options for appointment types and once you have an account on the app you can communicate directly with your provider (which I just did). It's easy to make, change and cancel appointments on line. I enjoy seeing Lori Barbula (NP). I really appreciate the care I receive from the whole staff. When I have a new problem they get me in within a a day or two. They do seem to be short staffed. It would be helpful if they would have at least one MD in this location. I don’t like having to go thru their call center that takes lots of time. It would be great if the local staff would be allowed to answer the phone.
