Doctor did not send my prescriptions to pharmacy or upload an after visit summary to my chart. No privacy in rooms. You can hear the front desk laughing, having conversations and listening or overhearing your conversations from the last room / farthest away from front front desk. Further to that, doctor was so disgustingly rude and condescending. All messages via the chat have been unanswered and prescriptions still haven’t been sent to the pharmacy.
I like One Medical. I went there for a test. The girl was nice. There were a number of people there. I got there at 2pm. At 3pm. I was given a cup and told I can give the test to the Union Street office. I knew that wouldn't work for me as my eyes get worse at night. I suggest having a couple more people to help with the labs tests so a customer doesn't feel like that at the doctor's office.

I’ve been a patient at One Medical for 19+ years through pregnancies, wellness, sickness, surgery… One Medical has been with me through all of it. My older child is now a patient at One Medical, too. We appreciate the excellent care we receive both in person and via video visits when needed.
