The staff are fantastic, but the appointment process could be improved. If you book an appointment, walk-ins shouldn’t take priority — especially for quick lab work. Walk-ins could reasonably be asked to wait so scheduled appointments stay on time. It would also help if the app showed how many people are ahead of you, so you can reschedule if needed before arriving. Right now, a 5-minute appointment can easily turn into a 30-minute wait, which is frustrating.

Outstanding Primary Care with Coco (PA-C Garnetta Gonzalez) I had my annual physical with Coco (PA-C Garnetta Gonzalez) at the One Medical – Grand Lake office, and she was phenomenal. From the start she’s been professional, warm, and attentive, and finally meeting her in person exceeded my expectations. She has a fantastic bedside manner, makes you feel completely at ease, and takes the time to really listen. I’m grateful she’s my new primary care provider and feel confident with my healthcare in her hands.
