The receptionist left me outside ringing the doorbell for 10 minutes, with no one at the front desk, even though I arrived 50 minutes before closing. When someone finally came to the desk and let me in, I was told the phlebotomist would not draw my blood because they were “getting ready to leave,” despite it still being within the posted lab hours.
