I've been coming to One Medical on Mockingbird for a few months and I couldn't be happier. Everything is 100% easier than my previous primary care experience at UT Southwestern. My provider (Abbey) is great and everything - from scheduling to getting lab results - just works better than any clinic I've been to in the past. I am so pleased with the care I received today from Abbey and Julia! It felt personal and not so cold and clinical- it was a breath of fresh air to feel like a human and not a number in a medical facility. They were warm, kind, professional, and quick too! Very thankful, and highly recommend!
