I’ve had a horrible time with the billing department at One Medical. The worst part is that there seems to be nobody to talk to, I’m merely directed to “use the app” (which I don’t have because I visited only once). I’ve tried emailing and calling, but either the email isn’t returned or I’m told someone will call me back in 8 weeks(?!?). I’ve tried physically mailing in my insurance information but that seems to have gone to a black hole as well. This has gone on for months.… See more

RecommendedAmazingly friendly staff with great visit precautions in place. No wait times. It's nice talking to a Dr that's not rushed and gives you their full attention.
After having 3 family members at this practice for multiple years, they have no loyalty to our family. We missed a renewal this summer and are no longer grandfathered in to their concierge fee. If Ofc Mgr doesn’t rectify today, we won’t be renewing. There are other practices.
RecommendedRelaxing, clean, and thorough. My first visit to One Medical in Park Slope was such a great surprise! I'm so glad I decided to try them out. If you are on the fence, I would say they are worth it.
