When I first went to one medical, they were great, but something changed and now they are more like a warehouse. This year my doctor left, with explanation which should have sent me running but instead I tried making an appointment and that was a disaster, I couldn't call the office like I used to, now it's an 800 number, when I called, I was transferred not once but three times and put on hold each time for what seemed like forever, so I gave up. My Elderly Parents my Dad which is Blind had an appointment today got a Uber ride from Douglasville to Marietta once arrived they were checked in and after the fact was told they didn't take my Mom BCBS. The office kept calling to confirm the appointment but NO ONE CALLED to say they didn't take the insurance.
