My grandfather had a great doctor but the doctor left them last year. He was assigned a new doctor. She’s rude and gave him conflicting information that would have been detrimental to his health. I confirmed with his specialist to ignore what his new primary physician had said. I can only imagine what could have came out of the advice had I not been present at the visit. Dreadfully unprofessional and disorganized. Waited with 3 patients outside at 12:45 pm for 1 pm appointments. Office was locked, no sign to indicate why. Called regional office for assistance. Doors opened at 1 pm. Per new policy, all staff take lunch at the same time and don't alternate receptionists. No apologies. No explanations. Appointments miscommunicated. Do not recommend this clinic when other, more professional and reliable medical is available. Zero accountability.
