Bad customer service from the front desk member. The old blonde lady sitting at the reception was passive aggressive for no reason
Dr. Cantu at One Medical is an amazing doctor with excellent bedside manner. I never feel rushed and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I also love that One Medical makes it easy to message him and other providers whenever I have questions. Shelly Sue at the front desk is wonderful as well, always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
