It's sad to say after more then 6+ years with this Dr. I had to change my Drs to someone who actually cares about the black community I've been reporting me having back problems to Dr polling for @ least 4 years & Everytime I bring it up her suggestion is a X-ray now I've had @ least 4-5 X-ray & they really don't tell you what's wrong just if something is broken so I tell her I want an MRI so we can really see what's wrong with my back & she's more worried about the insurance company then her patient ARE YOU NOT MY ADVOCATE ... read more
Generally I think the quality of care is above average however I wish that sensitivity training about stressors on seniors specifically financial and others that lead to seniors believing that the system is set up to kill us - some training in this is evidently necessary so when you think it’s oh so easy peasy to just send someone somewhere else on another day you might have an inkling of exactly how difficult that can be for a senior and how many issues you are forcing that senior to contend with just because you have a hot... read more
My initial meeting was with a fantastic young man named Devin. He was friendly, professional and all around fantastic. He was my health coach. The doctor I saw (whose name I have forgotten) was also great.
This place charges annual enrollment fees which are quite high for those on a fixed income the front office was very polite and professional, but the manager was unprofessionally dressed and rude!!
hi i tried email or text to doctor office last month and this week but they did not text or email to me back. i waited for them answer but they did not text me back for long time. i was so dissapointed .
