I am so disappointed with the level of communication since switching away from Iora. Senior patients should be able to pick up a phone and talk to someone in their doctor’s office. It takes 45 minutes to get anyone on the phone and they have zero knowledge of the patients’ needs. The doctors and the staff have always been so caring and helpful. I am a patient. I had a covid shot and had a reaction and would like a simple conversation on the phone with my care provider. That is apparently a monumental task. Funny, I spoke with her on the phone before. The health coach is running interference and asked if I want to schedule an appointment in 3 weeks. On her reply it says they are available to speak on the phone.
If I could leave zero stars I would; After having an emergency appointment with my One Medical PCP in Seattle on a Saturday I was told I can go to this location and walk in to have my labs done on Monday. The two women at the front asked for my name and DOB but didn’t even check in the system and told me they couldn’t help me with an attitude. DO NOT GO HERE. stick to the seattle locations where they treat you like they actually care.
I wrote a glowing report for the Puyallup office, and now they are making me write another one for the Tacoma office. They are so nice that it makes me sick..LOL Seriously, all the One Medical offices and the One Medical at Home are the best Medical offices that I have ever dealt with. Being a Disabled person, they go out of their way to make me feel normal. They make sure that I am welcomed, and picked on (my choice) and I feel like family. I am never nervous to call for anything.
