Simply Awful. I needed an MRI and the doctor made the referral. After a week in pain I'd heard nothing. So I started messaging them to find out what was happening. They never replied. I eventually got someone on the phone and they hadn't even bothered to call my insurance company after a week. Do not trust these people with your health.
