After having 3 family members at this practice for multiple years, they have no loyalty to our family. We missed a renewal this summer and are no longer grandfathered in to their concierge fee. If Ofc Mgr doesn’t rectify today, we won’t be renewing. There are other practices.

One Medical allows doctors the time to really listen to my concerns. They are very thorough, and have a lab on site. the office is very clean and comfortable. Everyone is very professional and makes you feel at home. I've never had better medical care.

Love my doctors at One Medical in Gilbert, AZ. Nice facilities, friendly staff, and knowledgeable doctors. Online response time to my questions are almost immediate!
If you go in for a physical exam DO NOT discuss ANY prior medical history with the doctor. I went in for a routine physical exam to establish the doctor (Dr Tsai) as my primary care. The doctor sent this to insurance as a diagnosis visit instead of a yearly routine physical which caused me to pay $275 for my visit.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at One Medical. Now that they have pediatrics my kids go there too. I love going here!
