I've been going to One Medical for a few years now and I love it. I recommend it to anyone who will listen, and I have convinced a couple family members to join and they love it, too. When my original MD left the practice last year I was disappointed, but Patricia Tynan, NP, stepped in and she's amazing. This is the niiiicest location, everyone is always so kind and there’s no wait if you make an appt on the app. Patricia was so lovely and really cared about my overall health.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM with Patricia Tynan, but I wasn't called back until 2:08 PM — and the session still ended before 2:20 PM. That's roughly 10 minutes of actual care for a visit that should have been 20. The experience felt impersonal and disorganized. The same questions were asked multiple times despite me having already provided my injury history, which made it clear I wasn't being fully heard. Quick, easy, efficient with a relaxing ambiance. Felt like a hotel lobby, not a Dr office. Staff were friendly. I’ve never had a better healthcare experience than working with One Medical.
