I’ve had a horrible time with the billing department at One Medical. The worst part is that there seems to be nobody to talk to, I’m merely directed to “use the app” (which I don’t have because I visited only once). I’ve tried emailing and calling, but either the email isn’t returned or I’m told someone will call me back in 8 weeks(?!?). I’ve tried physically mailing in my insurance information but that seems to have gone to a black hole as well. This has gone on for months.… See more
Hire more people to answer the phones …. Waiting 45 minutes … it is not acceptable…
They are very helpful and friendly. My doctor is great.
