Pristine office and waiting area, and friendly staff.
A low complexity visit with a DNP for a persistent cough was billed at $549 ($367 after insurance adjustment). Either way, that's absurd billing, when I can go to an ***urgent care*** for less. Looking at other reviews, seems like that's a typical issue people have raised for this location. I won't be going here again, and will check before going to other One Medical locations. One Medical used to be a great company but they really have gone downhill. I came here for a sprained ankle and the nurse partitioner who saw me literally told me in the hallway to the office "I don't know why you're seeking primary care, I'm not qualified to examine you..." yet they ended up taking me to the exam room, stating "I can't do anything for you" and then telling me to turn my foot left/right so they can perform an exam "because they had to do something."
