Great staff, providing services in a very convenient manner. Quite the contrast to another doctor's office where after three phone calls and more than 20 minutes on hold I still didn't get to speak to someone to schedule an appointment.
I've been using the office in the Biltmore area, Phoenix, AZ. without major complaints. Yesterday I get a bill for an office visit back in June 2016. I was coded as an annual Medicare Wellness visit that if they would have asked I would have told them it was too soon. I call their billing Dept. in SF. CA and they said it was an extended visit so they were not going to change it and now I have to pay $122 out of pocket because they would not change it from a wellness physical to just a plain extended visit.
