ONE is hands down the best spray tan location in Plattsburgh and surrounding area! Great staff! Great facility! Great prices! I can't wait to try other treatments in the future!
I went today for a spray tan, I really liked it, can't wait to try the new machine when they get it!! I got the level 3 bronzer, would like to be a little darker, thinking of going again next week for another session!!

Was very lucky to snag an appointment with the very talented therapist, Savanna. She was fantastic. I felt utterly relaxed and pampered. Whenever I'm in town I know at least one stop on my favorites list is ONE! It was the best!

Very unprofessional!!!!!! Waited 1hr for someone to come back, to take my blood for vampire facial. Took me not to look in make-up mirror, for my hair removal. That like don,t look in the mirror after a bad hair cut. Will not recommend!!!! AT ALL
I have to say, I have never been to a better comprehensive medical spa in my life and have been to many... I go frequently for several different treatments from massage, to facials and facial injections and the staff is so kind, professional and always willing to help and make suggestions. I know I would travel hours to go to One Med Spa and am so happy that it is right in my backyard. They are making aesthetic improvements this week to the office and I cannot wait to see the outcome!!
