I have never attended this gym, but I do know I love my teacher Mrs.Shon. I have only known Mrs.Shon for 4 weeks and she has really changed how I look at life. I feel I have changed in so many ways these past couple weeks. I have a more positive look at things now. (My Mentor) We need more people like Mrs. Shon in this world. Thanks you are a true ANGEL!!!!!!
This mornings workout...a beast. But I LOVE it!!! It's about pushing your mind and body further than its ever gone. And thank you for all the in-depth nutritional information. ONE LYFE!!!!
Did the boot camp that just passed and I am able to wear pants I haven't worn in 2 years. Although Mrs. Shon is tough, it's worth it and you will love the results in the end!!!! I will be, still have lbs and inches to shed. Go One Lyfe!!!!!
