how is this place a scam? I've gotten my covid19 testing lots of time at Compare Foods Milton Road and at their office. However they always ask to fill out a form all the time. They even ask for ID and now recently they ask for insurance or SS #. If I don't get my result from them by the end of today 1/13. This will be my last time using their service after seeing the negative reviews.
