One Love Community Services has done amazing work with me and my family! Even as a single mom of five they have worked around our hectic schedule and helped us with our everyday struggles down to the details on how to overcome in every area of our lives. I am truly grateful for their care and highly recommend them to all.

I have been coming to One Love for mental health services for myself, my granddaughter, and my daughter Shaina. I am most grateful and appreciative of their services. The people that I have interacted with have ALL been most helpful and respectful in every way for all of my family. They have been a God send to me and my family. All the office personnel and everyone. I have recommended them to other people that have and will to others.

I would have to agree that you can't take one person's bad experience and judge a whole entire operation based on that. It could have been personal issues, a bad day, technical issues...in this day and age whr so much depends on the computer programs4 scheduling etc or very possibly could have been partly caused by an overly troublesome client. UPDATE: After trying for two months to receive treatment & trying to get my psychiatric medication filled, today I was not called for my 10 AM med clinic appointment. I reached out at 10:15 & was promised a call back which also DIDNT HAPPEN. I had to call the office three times just to be told I’m out of luck. WHAT??? I have told the office repeatedly that over the phone therapy appointments do not work for me however they insist on scheduling me with telemed. There intensive in home services are horrible. They were unreachable when my child needed them. My daughter therapist, Richard, would not let talk. He kept over talking her. My son's therapist, James, is now refusing to see him and continue our family therapy.
