Travis was especially helpful in correcting a Ticketmaster issue that after 4 weeks and 2 employee phone calls later they still couldn't figure out and were playing the blame game! Call One Live directly to handle any issues if it's a Ticketmaster mash up.
Their customer service was communicative and responsive to my situation. Very grateful for their quick help.
Awful.. just awful. Their site was responsible for hosting a limited number of presale tickets, in which they could not handle. After dealing with support i was just told "sorry due to high volumes, we're experiencing technical issues". No true solution, nor any concern for the issues, just a very scripted response.
