RecommendedSecond time living here in 5 years. Love it just as much the second time - arguably much more. So many little things were nailed down and it’s been so smooth! Staff are top notch.
Have been here almost 6 months, and have lived in similar high-rises in other cities. I love living at OneLight. Many of the "challenges" others have posted about simply prove they haven't lived in a high/rise or downtown environment before. Maintenance has been VERY responsive to the minimal issues we've had, the concierge and leasing staff feel more like family, and you can't beat the location! And our views from the 24th floor are breathtaking. All-in-all a wonderful place to call home!
For such expensive “luxury” apartments I was disappointed by the quality of the apartments and amenities, specifically: 1) Apartment blinds do not block any light: I had issues the with the sun in the morning and the sprint center lights at night shining directly through the floor to ceiling east side bedroom windows. 2) Noise: I expected some outside noise living downtown I also expected “luxury” apartments to have some sound-proofing, Onelight has none. This place is awesome! It's like going to the future.
Pool is shared with OneLife gym, they don't tell you this so it is effectively open to the public (or gym members at least) real problem with drunks around the pool sometimes until 3:30am in the morning.
If anyone needs a place to live that convent to downtown and still want a healthy living community. The lifestyle is awesome. Socials by the pool, gym access, and always clean. 5 star for sure.
