The observation deck was absolutely stunning, and its such a shame that they never reopened it. The employees are friendly and the building is beautifully decorated and very clean.
I went there on Oct. 29, 2025 and found out that the observation deck is closed. The lady at the front desk told me it's been closed ever since covid. I'm unsure how someone posted a picture from the observation deck 3 weeks ago and another leaving a review from a few months ago...
We shop here twice a month. It's really fun and has so many shops inside. It's a great place to grab a light lunch and shop. It's great for women to shop here. So grab your crew or girlfriend and hang out. It's very clean and safe. Great security. We love to shop and try all kinds of stuff on. But I usually purchase something because it has some really great fashion.
