Extremely disappointing experience with stylist Bella. I came in with a few simple nail ideas, but she said no to almost everything I asked for. She didn’t have the colours I wanted and didn’t seem interested in helping me find another option or suggesting alternatives. The attitude I received made the experience even more unpleasant. I had an acrylic refill done on Friday, and by Tuesday one of the nails had already broken. When I returned, I explained to the nail technician that it broke while I was simply pulling on a pair of cotton leggings. Instead of addressing the issue, I was told that I must have been too hard on my nails. Considering the refill was only four days old, I found that explanation unreasonable.
