I have lived in this building for almost 3 years. I really love it but as with anything it has both positive and negative characteristics. The apartments are very large with high ceilings, hardwood floors, and amazing french windows in both the dining room and living room. The kitchen has abundant cabinet space and a dishwasher which is a little unusual for the buildings so close to campus. The staff is very nice and maintenance is kind, respectful, and competent and the doormen, especially Thomas and Jerome are wonderful. H... read more
