Timely, friendly, and explained things Edit: Used Joel again for my AC about 6 months later than the original post, and he was great. He will be my go-to guy anytime I need something in the future.
Joel was great, explained parts of our system I didn’t know we had and helped me make some adjustments to better cool/heat the house.
One hour heating and air conditioning promptly responded within 48 hours, when our AC went out. They sent a very knowledgeable, polite and extremely helpful technician who resolved the immediate issue and assisted with decision making for a new unit.
