Our air conditioning went out, and after two days without AC, we called One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They responded the same day and even moved other appointments around to help us. By the next evening, we had a brand new central air conditioning unit installed. A huge thank you to Alejandro and Brandon for their professionalism, kindness, and hard work throughout the process. We truly appreciate everything they did. Thank the Lord for them! I highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
There is a $99 service fee for the visit before they even tell you what the cost will be. They arent available same day.
Unfortunately, the solution is temporary and expensive. Last service (April 2026), I paid $3000 ish and lasted for only 28 days, and I got the same issue again. 33 days later, now May, a second technician confirmed the same issue. Although I reported the problem within the 30-day warranty window, they delayed scheduling and then told me the warranty had expired—meaning I’d have to pay another $3,000 to fix the same problem, yes, the same problem.
