My guy who comes out to work on my A/C heater is wonderful. He even checks out the thermostat.
They were amazing and sent a tech out within 30 min. Our furnace went out at 1030pm and they came out immediately and fixed it.

Not sure about their services but there driver like to text/ be on there while driving. Driver schould have his phone down while driving. Especially in a company vehicle. Whatever is on his phone is not more important then focusing on the road. The driver was doing this for miles at 50+ MPG on eagle rd starting at 4:50 pm & continuing on Franklin rd on a tablet as well. My heating and air conditioning only worked for one hour after this. Cool business idea I guess. (I have never hired this company and live in an apartment)
