Russell is great. Excelente work recommendation, quick, respectful and friendly. Happy with the work performance, that required an install a new fan motor and cleaned up the construction trash inside of the furnace.
I called ahead and asked specifically how much it costs for an assessment and was told $90 to assess furnace whether is the weekend or weekday and then they charged us $150 to assess the furnace . They did not say anything about a separate trip fee whatsoever. They didn’t have to do anything to fix the furnace as all that was needed was a filter and we had our own filters . Edit: Have spoken to them and they are refunding me to the correct amount.
