Excellent customer service. Justin explained everything very well . I feel relieved and happy that my Ac unit is working properly. He definitely made my day. I'll will recommend one hour heating to my freinds and family. Hopefully there are more workers like Justin that go above and beyond 🙏. Erick Lanier came out aswell the following day going above and beyond. Checking the whole ac unit as it was faulting and turning off. Great job to the both of you. You guys represent the best of 1 hour and heating services!

Just had work done, complete re duct work in my attic. Daniel was my service technician. I went with his recommendation to upgrade the airflow. I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Geo and his team did the installation. They a great job. Daniel returned to check on the completed work. The increased airflow was a big difference. I highly recommend them for any HVAC upgrades, repairs or maintenance!!!
Justin did a great job repairing our AC. He was very polite, professional and efficient. We will call One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning again when we need them!
