Daniel, the One Hour technician, was amazingly thorough, basically taking my ac unit apart to see what was causing problems. He was approachable, personable & respectful at the same time. He diagnosed several issues with my ac unit in detail with videos & photos. Daniel is a real asset to your company! I would recommend him by name when referring people to One Hour Heating & Air.
Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, and was far more affordable than a previous estimate from another AC repair technician.
