I like that Daniel called in advance of arriving with his ETA and showed up on time. He was there to give an assessment of what had to be done to replace a very old thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and honest with problems of a very old HVAC. I was not charged for the visit.

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning came out on short notice, assessed my unit's condition and gave me several options from repair to replace. No hard selling. I concluded I needed a new unit for my peace of mind. They quickly provided me 3 options. After making my selection, they scheduled the installation to fit my calendar, provided frequent updates, and sent two technicians who installed the unit in one day. My AC is not working so I was going to book an appointment online and the soonest available was 3 days from now on Sep 10. Per the website if you needed an appointment sooner, you can call directly. When I called, I was offered an appointment even further out on the 15th of September???

Had my entire HVAC system replaced. From when Marco came by and explained to me everything in detail. Was very transparent and detailed in what I was going to need. Super professional guy! The installers Derek and Anthony. These guys killed it! Both worked their butts off to get my house cooling again. 2 days in heat and tight spaces these guys did not stop until the job was done.
