Joel was very thorough. Explained everything perfectly
They’ve been outside twice to service my AC and furnace. I took advantage of a military deal and they did NOT try a bait and switch or an upsell which is so refreshing. Seth our technician explains things well for a layman and they send reports with photos to show you what everything looked like, what might need addressing now, and what can wait a while. Definitely recommend.

We had two technicians come out to our house. The first one to diagnose the issue, the 2nd to do the repairs. Both men were incredibly professional, and nice. Both were prompt in their arrial windows, thorough and more than equipped. I have already recommended "One Hour", because I was so impressed and pleased with every aspet of the repair process! I would definitely call on them again without hesitation!
