Jose was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, the company didn’t offer the services we were looking for. We appreciate he took the time to stop by and help us to check it, but we don’t need to change the whole air conditioning system as he suggest. We were looking for Air Duct replacement and cleaning. They don’t offer this service.

Alex, Jayden, Erick, and Tomas all did an excellent job with our Heating/AC and duct/vent installation project. They were extremely respectful, thorough, and efficient in every step of the process, keeping me well informed and engaged from start to finish. I just had Justin Haull from 1 hour heat and air come to my house and do a maintenance on my AC. He did an incredible job and also kept me informed on what he was doing as well as asking permission to do certain things. I must say this is the first time I have had such a great response and rapport with someone in my home doing the maintenance for my AC.
