Saturday night 8/15 our AC went out, Sunday 8am I called One Hour and a service technician was at our house by 9:30, unfortunately our 18 AC unit was finished. One Hour sent another Tech out at noon to go over new options on monday several One Hour employees came to our house by 9 am and installed a new AC/ furnace system and we were cooling the house off by 4pm.
