Sam did an exceptional job getting my AC back up and running, late on a Friday night (& going into a long weekend that is supposed to be the hottest weekend of the year). Friendly, fast, & professional. Sam provided solutions / different options, and recommended the best course of action. He had cool air back in my house within an hour of being on the job. Very satisfied customer.
I called them at 6:30PM due to our system not cooling down the house. Our system was not responding to the thermostat calling for the cooling system to come on. They had a service technician at our house within 45 minutes. The technician had the issue fixed and told us to call if we had any further issues. Great company and feel confident that we have always been treated fairly!
Service was excellent and we’ll be using One Hour for all our service needs.
