After a rocky start, we had success on our fourth attempt once a server communicated more closely with us about our situation. It can be difficult to coordinate with this group — it is not going to be One Hour, and make sure you get outside consultation on the nuances of your exact service, because it seemed like we had to tell them a certain service could or couldn’t hold up in court - but they did get the job done for about half the price of premium competitors.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would. This is the worst company, if you can even call it a company, that I’ve ever dealt with. I paid $230 to have two people served, and they were unsuccessful with both. The process felt lazy, there was little communication, and there were absolutely no results. This was the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and don’t waste your money.

Our office has used One Hour Delivery Service for multiple years. The staff is amazing and super helpful. Recommend this business to anyone who needs helps with court e-filing and serving a party.
