It was an excellent experience but I unfortunately had to replace my AC completely Rueben did a great service hooking up the wifi thermostat. He identified a lot of issues and was able to correct them. He was calm professional and personable
I had a very disappointing experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Our air conditioner stopped responding to the thermostat, and a technician came out on 2/26. He was at our home for about 25 minutes, charged us $215, and the invoice only listed “Level One Miscellaneous Repair” and “Standard Diagnostics” with absolutely no notes or explanation of what was repaired.
