There was nothing majorly wrong with our system but there was a dripping noise that was coming from the ceiling where our air handling unit was. It almost seemed silly to call but not only did Tim Strowd respond right away, they even adjusted their schedule to accommodate my schedule before I had to leave to go out of town. Tim came in and went up to the area taking multiple pictures and going down to the insulation level to make sure that there were no water stains or signs of dampness. Not good. Tried to upsell an old thermostat he had in his work van for $400. I cross checked the cost of that thermostat and it was $95. I called the company as he stood there and then proclaimed that the thermostat he said caused the outrage suddenly started working again. Paid the $99 fee for the visit and got him out of my house as quickly as possible. So t cal them in an emergency.
