Very disappointed with the lack of communication from this team. After scheduling a 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM appointment, we received no status updates. When we followed up after the window had passed, we were informed they would not be coming at all. It is disrespectful to leave customers waiting in the Arizona heat without notice, only for the company to ghost you. That is definitely a "one star" experience. I will not be using their services again.
They broken and damaged my treadmill. company is not taking responsibility I would be careful about letting them in your house. Dispute it for 8 months and got nothing in return besides a headache. I later found out that a technician examined the damage to be more than we thought. I sent emails and showed evidence needed, and I was met with the typical reach around. Armani was friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and showed us pictures of the areas of concern. He thoroughly explained the process to repair the ducts and was able to get us on the calendar very quickly. We were also pleased to learn of the program for Veterans and First Responders! Junior was friendly and got our compressor moved away from the house so it will work more efficiently! He was quick and kept us informed as the work progressed! So glad to be working with Dial One!
