Our service technician Jim, came to do a diagnostic at 8pm Labor Day Monday evening. Our unit was over 16 and owed us no favors so rather than replacing motor and facing the inevitable next big repair on an old unit, we replaced w/ new high efficiency system. It is Wednesday afternoon, less than 48 hours from the breakdown and our new unit is up and running.
