In July, Nicole's team in Daytona Beach put in my attic ducting. I would have given 5 stars, but it took 3 months to straighten out the financing as I was overcharged.

I am changing my review because I have been waiting for Brian (since July) to straighten out his mistake on my financing to Watercress. I was overcharged $500 which he blames on his accounting department. I spoke with Watercress and all he has to do is send them the paperwork. What is the delay? incompetence? He is hard to reach and is very inefficient.
