Ordered brisket through door dash and received the worst example of brisket I have ever saw. The pieces of meat looked like ham sitting in soup. Most of the pieces were entirely fat and it appeared the brisket was boiled. We ended up throwing the entire container away. The sides and wings we ordered were decent. Website, Google, and even the Facebook page says your open. But your actually closed. It’s 1:30 pm on a Thursday. This is the second time I’ve tried to eat at One Hot Mama’s this week. The first time I got ignored at the tap room bar for awhile before by drink order was taken. I was about to get take out but the few other people standing there with me said that they had been waiting over 30 minutes and one even said 45 minutes for takeout.
