Was just at the downtown location. Waited for about 5 minutes before I saw the person that was working. She was in the back making cookies for a couple. Walked past and saw me several times. Not so much as a smile or a "Be with you in a minute". I left and will not be back.
The staff was extremely rude at the Grove City Outlets. This was my first time there. As we were asking about products & locations every answer out of the ladies mouth was rude & snotty. I can't get over the terrible attitude she had. She seemed to be the owner or the manager. She didn't care what we spent. Just wanted us out. The product was decent, however I will not be returning due to poor customer service- to any location.

We were visiting our son at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and spotted this shop as we were browsing the Ross Park Mall. OMG!! It was love at first bite! These were absolutely the BEST cookies any of us had ever had. We will definitely be back the next time we are Pittsburgh.
The cookies are to die for!!! Best cookies i have ever had!!! Greatest new edition to Ross Park Mall!!!
