RecommendedThey have the BEST brownies and cookies I've ever had. I've placed a couple online orders, Anna had among customer service both times. One order got misplaced, but they fixed it immediately and shipped it out the very next day. It was a very busy weekend during a pandemic, so I wasn't upset. I received a hand written thank you note for being understanding, which was amazing. Amazing food, and even better customer service.

I visited the Youngstown location today and I was extremely disappointed. It was dirty and run down. the floors were filthy,there was a picture frame on the wall with broken glass. Our cookies weren't "hot" at all. My 2 year old son's cookie had a hair IN it. Actually baked inside it. I will never go back. I'm disgusted. we used to go to the niles location and loved it. — at One Hot Cookie.
