We have bought and sold with OneHome and have had great experiences! We have worked with both Luka and Steve. Both are awesome to work with. Luka was wildly available for us and cared deeply about helping us find what we were looking for. I might nominate Steve for a Pulitzer for writing such a well crafted home description. TLDR: highly recommend.
Amazing, would never trust anyone else. Update: Steve has helped me yet again. He is the best person and realtor on the planet. Trust and respect!. No regrets!
Colorado realtors are very different from any breed I’ve known in the East. Except for Marta Henson whose energetic personalty matches her savvy. Thank Goodness for Marta. She made my dream home a reality!
Marta was wonderful to work with!! She was very prompt with returning calls and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. Any time we had ideas or questions about a house we were looking at she provided a resource within a day to come look at it. She was easy to talk to and great to get to know. We were so happy that she helped us get into our next home! We would recommend Marta to anyone looking for their next home!!
Erik was amazing to work with- he helped make the entire experience not stressful and pretty much seamless! He was willing to give up his Friday night to meet with us and had us under contract by Monday morning! He was very involved throughout the entire process and paid extreme attention to detail always putting our needs first. I plan to use him for all of my buying and selling needs going forward and can't recommend a better person!
