I looked at many new and older High rise and Mid rise communities before choosing One Hermann Place- I have been very happy with my decision to make OHP.my new home on returning to Houston. Great location, Beautiful building, Very well kept. The management competent and friendly.
Great place to live - management is the greatest as are all the staff that make life so pleasant for all of us that live here.
Quiet and clean apartment complex. The shuttle to-and-from the medical center is extremely convenient. We highly recommend One Hermann Place to anyone looking for a new home.
It's just beautiful. .the views are great..no to much traffic
