Honestly if I can give 0 starts I would. The medical assistant here clearly thinks i'm stupid. Why is it that me (the patient) has to explain to her how to do her job? For over a month i've been back and forth with her and insurance to get medication I need approved and apparently she had no idea how to do that. She kept switching up her reasoning as to why insurance didnt receive authorization and kept giving me excuses. Even after all this issue still has not been resolved.
