I was unable to make my scheduled appointment. I called, let them know my situation and asked when the next available appointment would be. I was told that their “policy” states that if I miss / cancel my appointment that I’d never be able to book with them again. I’d completely understand if I no-showed but I called ahead with lots of notice. Stupid rule in my opinion. I’ll find a different doctor lol.
The staff at the clinic are Rude, impersonal, unprofessional and just down right mean. They come across and uncaring and feel they can talk down to their patients. Please do us a favor and do not work in health CARE. The world needs more Care and ts not at this clinic.
Find another Clinic!! This place is HORRIBLE!. Staff is unbelievably rude and unprofessional both on the phone and in person. The girls at the front desk and the young nurse need to check their attitude at the door or find another job. If you want to be cared for , go to another clinic where YOUR health is THEIR priority. This Clinic DOES NOT.
