I went in to see my usual family doctor and was NOT told I would be seeing a different doctor. I repeated my situation to the different doctor about 4 times then he prescribed me with medication. (He didnt seem to be listening to me if I had to tell him 4 times) When i went to pick up the medication from the Shoppers pharmacy, the pharmacist told me I shouldnt have been given this medication, which the doctor neglected to tell me as well as prescribe me with it. - You will wait on hold to book appointments anywhere from 3-10 minutes every single time you call in. - The front receptionists are short and rude if your call has anything to do with asking them to remind your doctor to fill forms out he promised to fill out weeks prior, or transfer your file to specialists or WCB. - Dr. Luykenaar dismisses concerns from female patients and says he will get to things or have referrals placed and then just never does them. - If you make an appointment, you are treated like a walk-in patient... read more
