Absolutely gorgeous community with amazing views. The staff is always pleasant and easy to work with. They go out of their way to put on great, fun resident events. I would highly recommend living here!
Had an awful experience living here. Extremely noisy neighbors above me, had my AC out for over 10 days in July/August with no remedy until I contacted corporate, maintenance requests were never handled in accordance with entry instructions, no notice entries into my apartment including finding Dee Dee in my apartment at 10pm on a Friday night with zero notice. Lied to many many times by the Assistant Manager Dana and GM Dee Dee Carr who also talked down to me on many occasions. Way too much money to be paying for this kind ... read more
Great community and great amenities! Always clean and safe. Leasing office is continually helpful with any sort of issues/questions. Jeanie and Michelle are always so friendly and I love how approachable they are!
Beautiful location ruined by terrible management. Security gates never work properly, work orders will be handled on their time with no notice entries, charge the premium price, Dana and DeeDee talk down to you and treat you as second class. Be a very different review if management knew how to pick up the phone, call their residents and resolve issues with a reasonable conversation (leasing staff is great however). We have lived here over a year and we HIGHLY recommend. Great management team and staff.......well really all staff is wonderful. The property is immaculate and there is always something to do or look forward to!! The only drawback is that there is no playground or area for the kiddos to play (field etc).......there is a pool though and it’s great!!
The worst service Two months ago the term was over for One Hampton lake to return my deposit and the attention has been very bad.
poor security great when you first move in but give it some time and you will begin to see the many issues with this community.. A gate that never works the poor sound insulation between floors a non existant security officer' trash faries who miss pick ups with frequency a cold brash assistant manager Dana who talks to residents like they are prisoners. Dee Dee and Michelle however are great.
It is the most expensive in all of Bluffton but since I’ve been to others in the area it’s worth every penny. The Staff and Management are very professional and always available. They are always having activities for those who live in this community and I have to say it’s the closest community I’ve ever been to have the pleasure of meeting at every event.
